"When you truly know yourself, you don’t try to impress people anymore. One way to know yourself is to meditate."

Sound Meditation Bath
In general, a sound bath is a meditative experience where those in attendance are “bathed” in sound waves. These waves are produced by various sources, including healing instruments such as gongs, singing bowls, percussion, chimes, rattles, tuning forks, and even the human voice itself.
The music doesn’t have a catchy melody or rhythm as you’d experience at a rock concert or symphony, but instead is a carefully selected wash of instruments and voices with notable resonance and overtones.

Breathwork
The Breath is something we take for granted. Yes, we breathe, it keeps us alive. There is so much more to breathing. By learning how breath works, and how to control it; we can do so much more. Breath alone can be its own meditation. A form of mindfulness breathing.
Ujjayi breathing is the most common form of breath control used in yoga. It's a technique that focuses on breathing through your nose and tightening your throat to make a sound similar to a light snore.
Sessions TBA.
