Weekly Meditation Oasis

Take a break during your busy week and treat yourself to an hour of calm and relaxation in this meditation session. 

You don’t need to know how to meditate.  You won’t have to sit in some uncomfortable position.

 

Things we will be doing:

Breathing and gentle yoga stretches 

Exploring meditation techniques 

Enjoying guided meditations

There will be time to reflect or ask questions at the end.

 

Alleviate stress and promote inner calm for an hour.
