Real relief does not come from thinking your way out of it. It comes from understanding what is actually happening and learning how to work with your body instead of against it.
Over 6 Sundays, holistic anxiety coach Judy Galek and sound facilitator Holly Bickerstaffe guide you through a progressive, body-based experience that combines real education with real practice. Not theory. Not quick fixes. A genuine shift in how you understand and relate to yourself.
Each week builds on the last, so by the end you are not just feeling better in the room. You are feeling better in your life.

Meet Judy & Holly
Judy Galek is a Holistic Anxiety Coach who helps people understand why they feel the way they do and how to work with their minds and bodies instead of against them. Known for her ability to make complex concepts simple and relatable, Judy teaches anxiety in a way that is both practical and deeply empowering. Rather than focusing on symptom management alone, she helps people uncover the patterns and address anxiety at its roots. Through a combination of education, self-awareness, and practical tools, Judy helps people build confidence, regain a sense of control, and create lasting change from the inside out. Her approach leaves people with a new understanding of themselves and the realization that they are far more capable than they ever believed.
Holly is the founder of Tranquility Wellness Center and has over 20 years of experience in holistic wellness, specializing in sound therapy, breathwork, meditation, and nervous system regulation. Where Judy brings the education, Holly brings the integration. Her body-based sessions take everything you have learned and help you feel it, release it, and anchor it into your nervous system at a cellular level. Holly creates experiences that meet people exactly where they are and guide them home to themselves.
Each week takes you deeper.
We start here because everything changes when you stop feeling like something is wrong with you. Judy breaks down the science of anxiety and the nervous system in a way that finally makes sense. Holly closes the session with a grounding sound experience to help you feel safe in your own body. You will leave with a foundational understanding that shifts the entire story you have been telling yourself.
Have you ever wondered why the same thoughts, fears, and reactions keep showing up? This week you will discover how your thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations work together to create the patterns that shape your experience. Rather than judging yourself, you will begin to understand yourself. When you understand your patterns, you stop feeling trapped by them and start learning how to change them.
This is where it gets hands on. Judy walks you through her practical toolkit of nervous system regulation strategies and you try them together in the room. Holly guides a breathwork session that takes you into a genuinely different state. You will leave this week with tools you have actually experienced in your body, not just read about. That is the difference between knowing and knowing.
This is where understanding turns into action. You will learn practical nervous system regulation tools and experience them firsthand so you know exactly how and when to use them in real life. Holly's guided breathwork session will help you experience what calm feels like in your body, not as a concept, but as a lived experience. You will leave with tools you trust because you have already felt them work.
Now that you understand your patterns and have tools to support your nervous system, it is time to apply them to what is actually happening in your life. This week is about your real triggers, your real challenges, and your real experiences. You will learn how to recognize what activates your stress response and how to respond differently when it does. Instead of feeling at the mercy of your anxiety, you will begin building confidence in your ability to navigate it. Judy will guide you through practical ways to apply what you have learned to everyday situations, while Holly's sound therapy experience helps you release tension, deepen self-awareness, and create space for lasting change. You will leave with a greater sense of confidence, clarity, and trust in your ability to handle life's challenges.
We close the container with intention. This final session is about integrating everything you have learned and experienced, celebrating how far you have come, and stepping fully into the version of yourself who knows how to feel better. Holly's closing sound journey will seal it all in. You will not leave the same way you arrived six weeks ago.

Not at all. This course is designed to meet you exactly where you are. Everything is introduced, explained, and practiced together in the room. All you need to bring is yourself and an open mind.
This is a small, intimate group experience. Spots are intentionally limited to ensure every participant receives personal attention and that the room feels safe, connected, and held.
Life happens. We recommend attending every session as each week builds on the last, but please reach out to us directly if you have concerns about your schedule and we will do our best to support you.
