Real relief does not come from thinking your way out of it. It comes from understanding what is actually happening and learning how to work with your body instead of against it.
Over 6 Sundays, holistic anxiety coach Judy Galek and sound facilitator Holly Bickerstaffe guide you through a progressive, body-based experience that combines real education with real practice. Not theory. Not quick fixes. A genuine shift in how you understand and relate to yourself.

Meet Judy & Holly
Judy is a holistic anxiety coach who specializes in helping people understand the roots of their anxiety and build a real, practical relationship with their own nervous system. Her sessions combine education with actionable tips, tricks, and tools that you can take straight into your everyday life. Judy has a gift for making complex information feel immediately accessible and deeply personal. When you leave her sessions, you do not just understand anxiety better. You understand yourself better.
Holly is the founder of Tranquility Wellness Center and has over 20 years of experience in holistic wellness, specializing in sound therapy, breathwork, meditation, and nervous system regulation. Where Judy brings the education, Holly brings the integration. Her body-based sessions take everything you have learned and help you feel it, release it, and anchor it into your nervous system at a cellular level. Holly creates experiences that meet people exactly where they are and guide them home to themselves.
Each week takes you deeper.
We start here because everything changes when you stop feeling like something is wrong with you. Judy breaks down the science of anxiety and the nervous system in a way that finally makes sense. Holly closes the session with a grounding sound experience to help you feel safe in your own body. You will leave with a foundational understanding that shifts the entire story you have been telling yourself.
Anxiety is not just in your head and it is not just in your body. It lives in the space between them. This week we explore how your thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations are all talking to each other. You will begin to recognize your own patterns and understand why they exist, not to judge them, but to finally work with them.
This is where it gets hands on. Judy walks you through her practical toolkit of nervous system regulation strategies and you try them together in the room. Holly guides a breathwork session that takes you into a genuinely different state. You will leave this week with tools you have actually experienced in your body, not just read about. That is the difference between knowing and knowing.
Now that you have the tools, we go deeper. This week is about applying what you know to your real life. Your actual triggers. Your actual patterns. Your actual nervous system. Judy guides you through applying your tools to what is really going on for you, and Holly's sound therapy session helps you access and release what words alone cannot reach.
No two people regulate the same way. This week is about making everything personal. What works for your nervous system specifically. How to build a simple, sustainable daily practice that does not feel like another thing on your to-do list. You will leave with a clear, doable plan that is genuinely yours.
We close the container with intention. This final session is about integrating everything you have learned and experienced, celebrating how far you have come, and stepping fully into the version of yourself who knows how to feel better. Holly's closing sound journey will seal it all in. You will not leave the same way you arrived six weeks ago.

No. You simply register for Week 1 and that secures your place for all 6 weeks. One registration covers your full journey through the course.
Not at all. This course is designed to meet you exactly where you are. Everything is introduced, explained, and practiced together in the room. All you need to bring is yourself and an open mind.
This is a small, intimate group experience. Spots are intentionally limited to ensure every participant receives personal attention and that the room feels safe, connected, and held.
Life happens. We recommend attending every session as each week builds on the last, but please reach out to us directly if you have concerns about your schedule and we will do our best to support you.
This course is an educational and experiential wellness offering. It is not therapy and is not a substitute for professional mental health care. If you are currently working with a therapist or healthcare provider, we encourage you to continue that support alongside this course. Both can coexist beautifully.
